The New York Mills Regional Cultural Center’s 2026 Concert Series continues with Aaron Simmons live in concert on Friday, March 27, 2026.

Join us in the Cultural Center’s intimate listening-room-style gallery space for an evening of authentic country music and heartfelt storytelling from this talented Minnesota-born artist. Get the stories behind the songs and be drawn in by Aaron's energetic stage presence and genuine connection to audiences.

Originally from Stewartville, MN, and spending his childhood summers in Wadena, MN and Otter Tail County, Simmons has spent the past decade building a loyal fanbase across the country. In 2024, he was named Male Vocalist of the Year by the Midwest Country Music Organization, recognizing his rising impact in the Midwest country scene.

Simmons’ music captures the joys of love, the pain of loss, and the importance of community. With strong small-town values and a down-to-earth style, his songs resonate with listeners who appreciate honest lyrics and modern country sound.

This concert is part of our Pay What You Can concert series, made possible by a grant from the Lake Region Arts Council (LRAC). While the grant helps cover artist fees and advertising, additional costs remain. Community contributions help ensure we can continue bringing original live music to rural West-Central Minnesota.
