Connect & Celebrate!

Join us earlier in the afternoon on November 5th, from 4:30–6:30 PM, for Connect & Celebrate — a gathering of supporters, staff, board members, and volunteers — in celebration of our Capital Campaign progress. We’ll take a trip down memory lane and celebrate the people, stories, and moments that have shaped the Cultural Center over the years.

About the Artist

For more than 50 years, Mitch Paul Groethe has been sharing his music with audiences around Minnesota and beyond. A longtime musician from nearby Perham, Mitch draws from folk, rock, and blues, creating songs that are thoughtful, honest, and rooted in a lifetime of experiences.

His music is deeply connected to the people and places that have shaped his life. Whether performing solo or alongside friends and family, Mitch brings a genuine love of songwriting and live performance to the stage. His songs tell stories — personal stories, everyday stories, and stories that reflect the simple joys, challenges, and connections that make up a life.

After more than five decades of making music, Mitch continues to write, record, and perform. His work is a wonderful reminder that music doesn’t age — it deepens, gathering meaning and resonance with every year.

We’re excited to welcome Mitch to the Cultural Center stage for an evening of original music, stories, and the kind of live performance that reminds us why gathering together to hear music is so special.

Come spend an evening with a longtime Perham, Minnesota musician and hear the songs, stories, and sounds of Mitch Paul Groethe!
