Join Our Creative Team! Operations Specialist NYM Regional Cultural Center

Are you passionate about the arts and community engagement? Do you thrive in a dynamic, creative environment? The New York Mills Regional Cultural Center in Otter Tail County, MN, is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Operations Specialist to join our team.

Tasks:

  • Assist in managing daily administrative functions, help coordinate events and maintain office operations.
  • Assist with capital campaign including scheduling, donor tracking, and communications, as well as managing schedules.
  • Support fund development with the board of directors and serve as liaison between internal teams and external contacts.

Details:

  • Part-time: ~20 hours per week, flexible schedule - some remote work possible
  • Compensation: $15-$17 per hour, based on experience + Paid Time Off benefit
  • Contract:12-month position with potential for renewal

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in administrative support role
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and willingness to learn new systems
  • A passion for the arts and community engagement
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
