"Bam'idizowigamig" is an Ojibwe phrase that means “a place to support oneself."

Bam’idizowigamig (Creator’s Place) is an Indigenous-led arts initiative dedicated to supporting creative expression, cultural resilience, and community healing through the arts. Based in the small tribal village of Pine Point, within the White Earth Nation Reservation in northern Minnesota, Creator’s Place provides space, resources, and opportunities for artists to create, share, and celebrate their stories and traditions.
