All are invited to join us at the New York Mills Regional Cultural Center for our first-ever Hygge Market on Saturday, February 22, 2025. This event will focus on handmade goods by local and regional Artists & Makers, with a focus on hygge-themed items.Hygge is defined as "a quality of coziness and comfortable conviviality that engenders a feeling of contentment or well-being (regarded as a defining characteristic of Danish culture)." Hygge is a way of life for Danes that embodies a sense of coziness, simplicity, and being present.
