• Todd County Fair in Photographs - in the Prairie Building (to the east of the grandstand)

Friday

• Progressive wine demonstration by Ron Leasman - in the Prairie Building
• Mexican cooking demonstration - Tamales and Mexican salad at 4pm - in building #4 on the west side of the midway
• El grupo diamante de Mexico - 9:00 pm on the stage south of the Prairie Building
• Todd County Fair in Photographs -  all day in the Prairie Building

Saturday

• Progressive wine demonstration by Ron Leasman
• Mexican cooking demonstration - Quesadillas at 4pm - in building #4 on the west side of the midway
• Emerald Kelley “Clockwork Clown” - on the green
• Hispanic Dancers - in the Prairie Building
• Andra Suchy - on the stage next to the Prairie Building
• Gary and Dawn Timbs - on the stage next to the Prairie Building
• Todd County Fair in Photographs - all day in the Prairie Building

Sunday

• Progressive wine demonstration by Ron Leasman - Prairie Building
• Mexican cooking demonstration - the secret of mole - 1pm and 4pm - in building #4 on the west side of the midway
