Fish House Festival Artists & Vendors & Musicians

Artists make the Fish House Festival happen! These artists will be joining us to paint and create in the street during this year's Festival:

  • Lindsay Kennedy ~ fish house painter
  • Aryn Lill ~ fish house painter
  • John Peeters ~ fish house painter
  • Nancy X. Valentine ~ fish house painter
  • Paul Sparks ~ decoy artist
  • And more!

Here is more information about the musicians joining us this year:

Crystal & The Compass: 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on the Library Patio
Bring your day to life with Crystal & The Compass, an Ottertail, Minnesota acoustic duo delivering an immersive, atmospheric live music experience. Driven by Crystal's neo-classical piano, native flute, and soulful vocals—with Nicholas anchoring the rhythm—their blend of fluid melodies and organic sounds is perfect for a relaxing listening experience.

The Barn Cats: 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. on the Library Patio
We are the BARN CATS. We play old-time fiddle & banjo, lively, resonant tunes from the back porches and Saturday barn dances of an earlier era. These tunes come from the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, from the tents of the Civil War campgrounds to the prairie potholes of our pioneer grandparents. A heartwarming experience, we will get your toes tapping, and your small children dancing.

Additional artists are always welcome to join us on the street!  If you're interested in being part of the Fish House Festival, please contact us at info@kulcher.org or 218-385-3339 to help us plan and make sure we have a spot for you.
